Breathtaking historical ambiance that transports you back in time.
My stay was marred by several disappointments. The temperature in the room was quite uncomfortable, and the absence of proper air conditioning made it hard to sleep. I also encountered confusion navigating to the upper floors, as there was no signage indicating where to go after taking the elevator. It took away from the unique experience I had hoped for in this historical setting.

we absolutely loved the massive fortress atmosphere and enjoyed visiting the nearby Jardin botanique de Sedan, just a short walk away, which was a stunning escape while meandering through the charming streets of Sedan.

Group suited experience
Fine setting right inside the castle courtyard. I was thrilled walking around the old walls, it felt like we were in a movie set, special place to stay. The breakfast was a highlight, good selection and filling, started our day right! And, oh man, the room was clean and really well-furnished, with a nice mix of medieval charm and modern comfort.
It wasn't cheap enough for my wallet but it still felt acceptable.

Staying in the Tradition Double Room was a pretty cool experience. The bed was huge and super comfy, I slept like a baby! The bathroom had a powerful shower that felt great after a long day. Only issue was the limited ventilation since the fort’s walls were thick. It got a bit warm in there, especially since there was no AC. But overall, the ambiance and unique vibe of the room made up for it.
